Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days.

Free UK standard delivery for all orders over £60.

Orders under £60 are charged at the following:

Standard Delivery- £3.80

Express Delivery- £5.00

International shipping starts at £4 and will be calculated at checkout.

We post most of our orders using Royal Mail. If this is an issue in your area please get in touch and we can discuss alternative options.

European items will use the same courier. Allow 5-7 days for standard delivery and 3-4 for express delivery.

On occasions your order may be dispatched direct from the Brand/Distributor if we have ran out of stock. Please allow an extra 1-2 days if this is the case. We will notify you of this upon receiving your order.

Returns

If you require to return an item purchased from our store, contacting us via email is essential prior to shipping the product(s) back. Return enquires must be completed within 14 days of purchase.

Returns must be received within 14 days of a return request being opened, returns received outside of this time frame may be rejected or incur additional admin / processing fees.

PLEASE BE AWARE -
Any Item being returned must be unused in its original condition (including packaging and labelling) and have all original tags still attached, If you use the item or remove / tamper with the tags you will loose the rights to return the item(s) under our returns policy.  If item(s) are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse any refund and the item(s) will be returned to the sender at their expense. This includes dog hair, make up, fake tan, aftershave, perfume, deodorant and smoke smell, garments having been washed, marks on soles of footwear etc. 

Customers are required to cover the postage costs when returning items, if a return is approved by our team a refund will be provided. If the remaining order value is less than £60, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund due to the order no longer being eligible. We suggest all returns are sent using a tracked service. 

Refunds provided will equal the value of the product returned excluding any shipping costs. If an item is lost in transit on return we will be unable to issue a refund, in this case you will have to make a claim with the courier company.

For items that have been sourced specifically for a customer, or customised we reserve the right to accept returns unless the item is faulty. Customised items refer to Maverix Supply Co clothing we have made to the customers specification.

If an item is returned as faulty and no fault is found, both shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
If items are returned worn/ soiled/ no tags to the extent the item cannot be sold as new. Upto 100% will be deducted from the refund to cover the losses in returning a used item which we cannot sell at its stated price.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we can't offer an exchange as part of our returns process for items purchased online.

If you are returning an item and want the same item in a different size, you will need to place a new order online for the item you require. Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return according to our returns policy as soon as we receive it.
